Job Description

Role summary

Lead and coach an immigration sales team while personally closing key deals and driving revenue growth.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves coaching a team but still wants to be in front of clients and driving closures.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of sales professionals in the Immigration Sales Department.
Personally handle complex or high-value client deals to ensure satisfaction and conversions.
Monitor changes to immigration regulations and guide the team on positioning and offerings.
Support recruitment for the sales team and ensure smooth onboarding.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills.
Actively engage in sales activities including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Drive the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within immigration or related services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Demonstrated success in leading or mentoring a sales team.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Nice to have

Experience in the immigration services domain.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting dashboards.
