Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales strategy and execution
for aqua feed products across assigned regions.
Identify, engage, and onboard
feed manufacturers, corporate farms, distributors, and strategic partners.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets
through effective B2B sales initiatives.
Conduct
market research and competitive analysis
to evaluate new geographies, customer segments, and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with Business Development, R&D, Production, and Regulatory teams to align sales efforts with product roadmap.
Track and analyze
competitor pricing, product offerings, and market trends
across alternative and conventional feed markets.
Prepare
weekly/monthly sales reports
including pipeline updates, closures, revenue progress, and customer insights.
Lead, mentor, and develop
the sales team to build a high-performance, growth-driven culture.
Represent Elmentoz at
industry events, trade shows, customer presentations
, and partner meetings.

Candidate Profile:

7 - 10 years
of proven experience in
aquaculture feed sales
with strong B2B exposure.
In-depth knowledge of
feed markets, sales cycles, key account management
, and distributor networks.
Strong
leadership, communication, networking, and negotiation
capabilities.
Demonstrated success in
achieving sales targets, scaling revenue
, and managing major accounts.
