Senior Sales & Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to oversee sales processes, improve efficiency, and support the sales team in achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and proven experience in managing sales operations, CRM systems, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline day-to-day sales operations to ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generating reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize workflows and drive productivity.
• Manage and improve the use of CRM tools and reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and target achievement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales operations team to meet organizational goals.
• Identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree required in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or sales management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
