Senior Sales & Onboarding Manager – Dealership Management System (DMS)

We are building a high-impact, digital-first business and need an experienced, results-driven professional to lead our sales, onboarding, and client success efforts for this strategic product.

8–10 years of experience

This role demands a hustler mentality, exceptional digital business acumen, and a deep understanding of subscription-based SaaS models in competitive markets. While automotive industry experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales process for the DMS product, targeting all sizes of automotive dealerships and related B2B businesses.
  
• Develop and execute robust customer onboarding strategies to enable rapid adoption and scale.
  
• Train and guide a team of 2–3 sales and onboarding specialists handling product demos, client onboarding, and ongoing support.
  
• Own client relationships, ensuring excellent servicing and retention while driving upsell opportunities.
  
• Strategize to navigate highly competitive digital subscription environments, adapting pricing and engagement models to maximise market penetration.
  
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with evolving customer needs and market feedback.
  
• Show tangible sales and onboarding results quickly after joining, demonstrating immediate business impact.
