About the Company:

Mehta Tea Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed and fast-growing tea company based in Indore, known for delivering quality tea products across India. We are expanding our footprint in Chhattisgarh and are looking for a dedicated and experienced sales professional to lead our Raipur operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned Raipur territory.
• Appoint and manage distributors; ensure profitable ROI and timely stock movement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and stockists.
• Plan and execute route-wise beat plans for regular market coverage.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Guide and supervise any field sales staff or DSRs under your territory.
• Ensure visibility through POS materials, branding, and schemes.
• Provide timely market feedback and sales reports to the Head Office.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG/Tea/Consumer Products sales
• Well-versed with Raipur & surrounding markets
• Proven experience in distributor and retail channel management
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting
