Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Biological Products

Generate demand for biological products

Identify the right fit distributors and retailers

Do business planning, achieve annual sales targets, and collect receivables

Train Kisan advisors on field demos, farmer meetings, focus products, etc.

Carbon Business

Create awareness, and educate progressive farmers on adopting sustainable agriculture practices

Train Kisan advisors & farmers on the carbon farming program and enroll the farmers in the carbon farming program

Drive synergy in Biologicals & Carbon businesses by targeting and cross-selling to progressive farmers

Understand farmers' need, position the right product & practices to meet their needs


Must Have:

A firm belief in sustainable agriculture

2. Sales talent with a proven track record

3. Graduate/ PG degree in agriculture

4. Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales of biologicals, agrochemicals, or
