About the Company


The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.

The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners within the assigned territory.
  • Promote biological and agrochemical products through regular client interactions and field visits.
  • Conduct product education sessions, on-field demonstrations, and technical meetings to highlight the benefits and usage of biological solutions.
  • Participate in trade shows, agricultural fairs, and farmer meetings to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate potential leads to expand market reach.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
  • Monitor crop patterns and regional agricultural trends to create localized sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, sales performance, and market intelligence.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including marketing, technical, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • B.Sc Agriculture
  • 2-5 years of sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to travel in order to do business
