Senior Sales Officer

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new clients in the market and drive direct sales. You will be required to establish connections with potential clients and partners while nurturing existing relationships for long-term collaborations. Networking at industry events will also be crucial to expanding the company's reach. Meeting targets within the specified time frame in an effective manner is essential, along with closing deals that align with the organization's goals. Promptly resolving any issues that arise to ensure business continuity is also part of your role. You must be willing to travel within the Indore location to cover the market effectively. Requirements for this position include a minimum graduation degree, proficiency in local languages such as Hindi and basic English, and a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong negotiation and convincing skills are necessary, and we are looking for young and energetic candidates. Freshers are also encouraged to apply, as the company will provide a one-week training program. This is a full-time position with benefits such as life insurance, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and candidates should be willing to travel up to 75% of the time as required. The work location is in person.
