Job Title: Senior Sales Officer – Two-Wheeler B2B Sales Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to lead and grow our two-wheeler B2B sales channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the dealer network, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and achieving business targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong relationships with B2B clients including dealers, distributors, and fleet operators. Identify and onboard new channel partners and institutional buyers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities. Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to support sales strategies. Provide training and product knowledge to dealer staff. Track and manage inventory, order flow, and sales documentation. Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts. Resolve dealer/customer issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction. Requirements: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the two-wheeler or automotive sector.
