Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Professional with strong expertise in polymer granule sales and marketing. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence across India, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between production, dispatch, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for recycled plastic granules.

Manage and expand the customer network across India, visiting clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Track orders, billing, invoicing, and on-time delivery of materials to customers.

Maintain close coordination with production, logistics, and accounts teams for efficient order fulfillment.

Strengthen customer relationships through regular follow-ups, support, and service excellence.

Represent the company in trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events across India.

Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.

Support in achieving sales targets and improving brand visibility.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Marketing (MBA preferred).

10 plus years of experience in polymer granules or recycled plastics sales and marketing.

Proven track record in managing industrial customers and developing new business.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Willing to travel extensively across India for customer and event interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
