Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Shiv Realty is a leading luxury real estate company in Goa specializing in premium villas and high-end properties. We're building a performance-driven team that combines traditional sales excellence with modern digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for luxury villas, plots, and premium properties
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and close high-value deals
• Create video content for property showcases, client testimonials, and social media campaigns
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Build and maintain a strong database of HNI/UHNI clients and investors
• Negotiate deals and finalize sales documentation
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams
• Mentor junior team members and freshers
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, property launches, and events
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain CRM and provide regular sales reports

Must-Have Requirements

• 3+ Years in Real Estate Sales & Marketing (Mandatory)
• Maintains professional grooming and appearance standards suitable for client-facing roles
• Excellent Communication Skills - Fluent English & Hindi, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Content Creation - Experience creating property videos, Reels, social media content
• Go-Getter Mindset
• Own Vehicle - Two-wheeler/four-wheeler for client meetings and site visits (Mandatory)
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Digital Marketing Knowledge
• Real Estate Knowledge
• Graduate/MBA

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury/premium real estate segment
• Knowledge of Goa real estate market
• Video editing skills (Canva, InShot, CapCut)
• Photography skills for property shoots
• Experience handling HNI/NRI clients
• Network of brokers, builders, and industry contacts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Siolim, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
