This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Sales Marketing Engineer based in Mumbai. The role involves conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet targets. The role also includes presenting technical product information, addressing client inquiries, and identifying potential business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
· Strong business sense and industry expertise.
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
· Provides leadership to the sales team. Motivate and encourage sales team to ensure quotas are met. Review and analyse sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
· Understand the technical details of our Gas Leak detectors, Flame detector, Data loggers, Temp Humidity transmitters, IOT solutions (we will focusing on one of the product based on our requirement)
· Managing performance monitoring of sales representatives on field & marketing team in house.
· Get the quotations created by backend team and follow up with them for feedback
· Process orders internally and coordinate with Sales Engineers and Production team for smooth order processing
· Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions with the help of senior engineers
· Regularly follow up with customers for product feedback and provide support when needed
· Coordinate with different departments of the company to ensure timely delivery of products
· Get the payment follow up done by sales team if in case required
· Represent the company in exhibitions and events to promote our products with team
· 6 to 9 years of successful experience into Inside sales/ Presales/ Sale support/ Sales & marketing, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to understand technical details and communicate the same to customers
· Prior experience in marketing and sales of technical products (Electronics) would be an added advantage
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation) or related field
