Drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned projects.

to develop competitive sales strategies.

Lead a team of sales executives and ensure performance through training, guidance, and motivation.

Manage end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and closure.

Identify new sales opportunities through networking and partnerships.

Develop and implement sales strategies and coordinate with marketing for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners.

Ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
