Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
• Drive sales of High Tension Electrical Goods including Distribution Transformers to contractors, industrial clients, and business users.
• Actively generate new leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
• Conduct market visits to promote products and explore new business prospects.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, feedback, and market analysis to management.
• Provide training, motivation, and support to team members to ensure consistent performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales as sales manager
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
• Graduate
