Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager at Inspirisys, you will be responsible for driving and expanding our Banking, Non-Banking Financial Company, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical business. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to exceed business objectives and revenue targets in the NBFC and BFSI sectors. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy for these key business verticals while leading a high-performing sales team. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, targeting, and engaging potential clients in the NBFC and BFSI sectors, building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and managing the sales lifecycle. Additionally, you will be required to continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust the sales approach and identify new opportunities for business growth. Collaborating closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams will also be essential to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and expectations. To excel in this role, you should have 10-12 years of direct sales experience in the NBFC and BFSI sectors with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, finance, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. A good understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for presenting to C-level executives and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for business growth will also be critical to your success.,
