Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Organize regular team meetings and training sessions.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Create and monitor KPIs to track sales team performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing to generate leads and improve brand visibility.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage high-value clients and key accounts personally.
  • Resolve customer complaints or disputes effectively.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Property Sales & Closures

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure legal documents and contracts are complete and compliant.
  • Assist in property presentations and negotiations when necessary.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM entries and documentation for transparency.
  • Forecast sales and suggest improvements to processes or strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Good understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and documentation.
  • Market research and trend analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.

*Candidates from Real Estate industry will be preferred.
