Job Summary

Senior Sales Manager at Joon Realty

You will be responsible for leading client engagement, strengthening relationships with high-net-worth buyers and channel partners, and achieving sales targets through a consultative and experience-driven approach. Your understanding of the luxury real estate market, refined communication, and strategic mindset will be instrumental in shaping the brands commercial success and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership:

    Drive the sales strategy for luxury residential and mixed-use projects; achieve revenue goals through structured planning and client conversion.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build, nurture, and retain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and institutional partners by delivering exceptional service and tailored advisory.
  • Channel Partner Development:

    Engage, train, and motivate channel partners to ensure steady lead flow and strong market presence.
  • Presentations & Negotiations:

    Conduct property presentations, host site visits, and lead high-value negotiations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor activities, and pricing trends to guide management decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and CRM teams to ensure a seamless client journey from inquiry to handover.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Maintain detailed sales reports, forecast revenue, and present periodic performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Brand Representation:

    Represent Joon Realty at exhibitions, investor meets, and industry forums, upholding the brands ethos of trust, craftsmanship, and credibility.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in

    Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

    ;
  • Minimum

    5-8 years of experience

    in premium or luxury real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-ticket sales and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the

    Jaipur, & NCR

    luxury property markets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a high level of integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital engagement platforms

    .
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
