• Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team.
• Organizing and conducting property visits, facilitating buyer-seller negotiations, and completing transactions.

• Strategic Relationship

• Leverage existing networks and explore new avenues to identify suitable channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and property developers.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing.
