Job Description

As a Senior Sales Leader in US Staffing at Staffingine LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our global staffing and consulting firm. With operations in the USA, India, and Canada, we specialize in IT, Engineering, and Healthcare staffing, and collaborate with MSPs, VMS platforms, SI clients, and direct enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be to lead business development efforts in the US staffing sector, specifically focusing on IT, Engineering, and Healthcare domains. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in US staffing sales, you will leverage your expertise to build and nurture client relationships, secure new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through engagements with SI clients, MSP/VMS programs, and direct client partnerships. Possessing a valid B1/B2 US Visa is essential for this role, as occasional travel for client meetings will be required to ensure successful collaborations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business in US staffing across IT, Engineering, and Healthcare sectors. - Expand and manage accounts with MSPs, VMS, System Integrators, and direct enterprise clients. - Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. - Collaborate with delivery and recruiting teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and ensure client satisfaction. - Consistently achieve revenue and sales growth targets. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members as the team expands. Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of proven sales/business development experience in US Staffing. - Strong network with SI clients, MSP/VMS programs, and direct clients. - Expertise in at least one of the following domains: IT, Engineering, or Healthcare staffing. - Track record of meeting or surpassing multi-million-dollar sales targets. - Possession of a valid B1/B2 US Visa is mandatory. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
