**Job Description:**

As a Senior Sales Executive at Jaishree Jewellers, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and elevating our customer experience. You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service. Your deep knowledge of jewellery and exceptional sales skills will help you exceed targets and contribute to the growth of our esteemed brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide personalized service to high-net-worth clients, offering expert advice on jewellery selection.

- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate junior sales staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

- Manage and oversee daily sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

- Organize and participate in promotional events and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or similar role in the jewellery industry.

- Extensive knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and market dynamics.

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage high-value client relationships.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.

- A passion for jewellery and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
