Meet individual sales goals and store targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to junior sales staffEnsure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsUnderstand customer needs and provide services/products accordinglyPropose innovative ideas to increase market shareDeal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc)Be a shining example of, well behaviour and high performanceAdditional Sr. Sales associate duties as needed in absence of the store manager

Proven successful experience as a Retail Sales ExecutivePowerful selling skills and business understandingCustomer management skillsStrong organizational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literacy to the level of understanding and analysing data for planning of retail business.Capable of working on SOP, KPI and KRAs
