Job Description

You will be joining a leading retail lighting consultation firm that specializes in providing innovative lighting solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. Your role as a Sales Manager will involve driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team. You will develop sales strategies, oversee customer interactions, and ensure that business objectives are met while maintaining excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the sales process from lead generation to project completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience. - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in the lighting sector. - Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients. - Conduct product presentations and lighting consultations to customers to fit their needs. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. - Train and manage a team of sales associates to enhance performance. - Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities. - Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Commerce or B.Tech (related field preferred). - Experience: 3-5 years in sales management, preferably in lighting, Building Materials, or Premium Sales. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite. - Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team management abilities, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand lighting solutions and technical product details. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. In addition to the above, the work environment includes a permanent store-base and occasional site visits. The working hours are from 10 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. The salary range for this position is between 300,000 to 420,000 annually, with incentives based on performance. The potential career growth includes progression to roles like Area Sales Manager, Cluster Head, etc. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and paid sick time. The job type is full-time and permanent, with a requirement for the willingness to travel 25%. The work location is in person at Kozhikode, Kerala.,
