Job Summary:

The Immigration Consultant - Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients to promote immigration services, providing them with information regarding visa processes, eligibility, and required documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to convert inquiries into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce immigration services.
• Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients and explain visa process details.
• Assess client eligibility for various visa categories and provide appropriate advice.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of visa requirements, immigration processes, and legal documentation.
• Schedule consultations or meetings between clients and immigration experts.
• Follow up with leads to ensure client satisfaction and build relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales or telecalling, preferably in immigration services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear, understandable manner.
• High level of motivation and a result-oriented approach.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of immigration process and procedures (training can be provided).
