Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Agra. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks will also include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management Strong understanding of construction materials and the construction industry Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools Ability to travel as needed
