Senior Sales Executive – UK/US Client Focus

As we expand, we're looking for a high-performing Sales Executive who thrives in international sales environments and has a strong history of high conversions and outstanding sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by identifying and converting leads from UK and US markets.
• Engage in the full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Deliver consistent and exceptional sales figures, surpassing set targets.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term engagement.
• Present services confidently to international clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing and client service teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Maintain clear and updated CRM records for lead tracking and pipeline management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales experience dealing with UK/US clients.
• Demonstrated success in high-conversion B2B sales or digital services.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work in Sholinganallur, Chennai
• A goal-oriented, self-driven attitude with the hunger to outperform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the digital marketing or IT services sector
• Very good communication skills and email writing.
• Existing client connections or network in the UK/US will be added advantage.
• Background in outbound sales strategies for international markets.
