Role Overview: Infinite Energy & Technology (IET) is a leading organization in the field of Renewable Energy, serving the nation with innovative Solar Energy Solutions. As a part of the team, your role will involve market expansion, client relationship management, sales leadership, solution selling, cross-functional collaboration, lead generation, customer engagement, market research, customer feedback analysis, sales reporting, negotiation, and deal closure. You will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction in the solar energy sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar energy sector. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Lead sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Understand client requirements and provide customized solar solutions aligning with their needs. - Prepare and deliver impactful presentations; negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. - Work closely with design, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and digital platforms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver impactful product and solution presentations to potential customers. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings. - Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports. - Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical, or related field; MBA preferred. - 3-5 years of proven experience in Solar Sales, preferably in the Renewable Energy industry. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. - Willingness to travel as per business requirements.,
