Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to suggest improvements and optimize sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of market dynamics and sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads and prospects to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance visibility and generate interest in the company's products and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and development as required.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms are in line with the company's objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing post-sale support.
