Job Title: Furniture Sales Executive Department: Sales & Customer Service Location: Tiruvalla Reporting To: Sales Manager / Store Manager Job Summary: The Furniture Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of furniture products to customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert product advice, ensuring excellent in-store experience, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers, understand their furniture needs and preferences. Present, demonstrate, and explain product features, materials, and pricing. Recommend suitable furniture options based on space, style, and budget. Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up with customers. Maintain updated product knowledge and current market trends. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are well displayed. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Coordinate with the delivery and installation team for timely service. Maintain accurate sales and customer records. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in furniture or retail sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good product knowledge and negotiation skills. Basic computer proficiency (billing software, Excel, etc.). Customer-oriented attitude and pleasing personality. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
