About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with architectural experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture or construction sales, with strong knowledge of building materials, design concepts, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by approaching architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors.
• Promote and sell company products/services related to the architectural and construction industry.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable design/technical solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the design and technical team for project execution.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales within the architectural, construction, or building materials sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand architectural drawings, design concepts, and technical details.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
