Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle needs.
  • Provide detailed information on Toyota models, variants, and features.
  • Offer test drives and explain financing, insurance, and exchange options.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of current offers, stock, and car specifications.
  • Ensure timely delivery and complete customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 10+2; Graduation preferred.
  • 1–3 years of automobile or retail sales experience (freshers may apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
