Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our services to a diverse range of industries. Your expertise in sales, communication skills, and knowledge of the advertising and signage market will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new business prospects through various channels such as cold calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms. - Field Sales & Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to showcase our services, establish rapport, and secure new business opportunities. - Client Account Handling: Take charge of key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, issues are promptly addressed, and expectations are exceeded throughout the sales process. - Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction levels, encourage repeat business, and enhance customer loyalty. - Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies effectively. - Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner closely with production and design teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery for clients. - Sales Reporting: Maintain precise records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions, and provide regular reports to the management team. - Sales Target Achievement: Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the advertising, printing, signage, or graphics industry. - Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade or higher in Marketing or related field. Skills: - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in lead generation and field sales techniques. - Capability to establish and sustain client relationships and effectively manage client accounts. - Deep understanding of advertising, printing, and signage solutions. - Self-motivated and target-driven.
