Job Description

Responsible for selling luxury villas, managing high-value client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective lead generation, presentations, and negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and close sales for villa projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with marketing for lead follow-up and campaigns. Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in real estate with proven villa project sales background. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Established client network and target-driven approach. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
