Own the Full Sales Cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new accounts.

5+ years of proven success in staffing/recruitment sales (agency experience required).
Strong client network and the ability to bring accounts immediately.
Expertise in business development, negotiations, and account management.
A true hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Competitive Base Salary + Commission – no cap on earnings.
