Experience Requirements: 2–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience , preferably in a remote or virtual environment At least 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online , including setting up new company files, maintaining chart of accounts, and generating reports Proven experience with: Bank and credit card reconciliations Managing accounts receivable/payable Preparing monthly financial statements Handling payroll entries and expense categorization Experience working with multiple clients or entities (preferred for freelance/agency roles) Experience collaborating with CPAs or tax professionals during tax season (preferred) Familiarity with other accounting tools and integrations (e.g., Gusto, Bill.com, Hubdoc, Dext, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) is a plus Prior experience in [industry-specific bookkeeping] (e.g., eCommerce, construction, nonprofits, medical practices) is a bonus
