Job Description

Role Overview: As a Salesperson at Rayzon Solar Limited, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, presenting and demonstrating solar products, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategic sales plans. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bareilly with some remote work acceptable. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Manage client relationships - Present and demonstrate solar products - Negotiate contracts - Meet sales targets - Conduct market research - Prepare sales reports - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic sales plans Qualifications: - Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales reports - Familiarity with the solar energy industry is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Willingness to travel as needed,
