Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, a strong sales background, and excellent customer service skills.

As a Senior Jewellery Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring that customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior sales staff and helping to achieve store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling a variety of jewellery collections. Provide expert advice on jewellery pieces, including diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and trends.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized service and follow-up.

Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges in a professional and timely manner.

Assistance to management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications: -

Proven experience as a Jewellery Sales Executive or similar role in retail sales (minimum 3-5 years).

Deep knowledge of fine jewellery, including diamonds, gemstones, metals, and jewellery care.

A passion for fashion and jewellery, with a keen eye for design and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
