Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Senior Sales Executive / Marketing Manager - MICE & Events. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and Events sales and marketing. Day-to-day tasks include client prospecting, developing and executing marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, managing event logistics, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also includes liaising with suppliers, preparing budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Event Planning, and Marketing
• Strong skills in client prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management
• Understanding of MICE & Event logistics and coordination
• Experience with budget preparation and financial oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
• Experience in the travel or event industry is a plus
