Job Description

Location: Raipur (with frequent outstation travel) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our esteemed watch company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our dealer network, maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales growth across regions outside Raipur. The role requires extensive travel and flexibility to stay out of town as per business needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers in assigned territories. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers to drive repeat business. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product presentations and promotional activities. Regularly report market feedback and competitor activities. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account reconciliation with dealers. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in watches, FMCG, or consumer durables. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively and stay out of town as required. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
