Senior Sales Executive

As a trusted name in the fire and life safety industry with over 25 years of proven experience, Fire Protection System specializes in turnkey solutions for fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and safety product supply. As the company transitions into a more sales-focused business model, we are seeking motivated professionals to support our growth and leadership in this sector. In the role of Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development for our fire and safety automation solutions. Your primary duties will include expanding our market presence, generating sales, and cultivating strong relationships with clients in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and convert leads into active clients. - Sell and promote products such as fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, alarm systems, and fire safety equipment. - Meet monthly revenue targets (adjustable after probation period). - Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and facilitate proper handover to the project execution team. - Collaborate with technical and back-end teams to prepare proposals and quotations. - Travel to client locations within the assigned territory as needed. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fire and safety industry is essential. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fire & Safety background is a plus). - Familiarity with RFP and Tender Portals. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Knowledge of the sales cycle for building automation and life safety products. - Comfortable with field travel and office-based coordination.
