Telesales Executive (Sales Associate)
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company products and services.
* Identify, qualify, and convert sales leads through strategic prospecting and effective communication.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to support ongoing sales growth.
* Provide accurate and timely product information, pricing details, and support to clients.
* Follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market landscape.
* Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
