Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective strategies and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations to clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and pipeline.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (2–5 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
