Senior Sales Excutive

Job description -

We are looking for an energetic & friendly individual to handle customer interactions on Instagram, Website & WhatsApp for our brand Gus Beautyproducts.

Ur main role is to communicate with customers via chat/DMs, understand their needs & convert conversations into sales all while maintaining our brand’s classy & trustworthy tone.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to messages, comments & inquiries on Instagram, Whatsapp & Website
• Understand customer requirements & recommend suitable products.
• Build trust & long-term relationships through meaningful conversations.
• Follow up with potential buyers to close sales.
• Keep track of daily inquiries, leads & conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing & dispatch team for smooth order processing.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English & Tamil.
• Confident in chatting, polite & customer-friendly.
• Basic understanding of Instagram & online sales.
• Previous experience in customer handling or social media sales is a plus.

Full-time (Work from office)

Experience Skills

1) Minimum 1 to 3 year of experience in online sales, customer service, or social media management.

2) Strong communication & persuasion skills.

3) Ability to convert chats into confirmed orders

4) Fluent typing skills in English & Tamil.

5) Positive, patient, & professional attitude when handling customers.

6) Ability to maintain brand tone & handle multiple chats simultaneously.

7) Familiar with basic sales tracking & maintaining customer records.

Customer Relationship & Branding

1) Maintain long-term customer relationships through after-sales support.

2) Encourage product reviews, feedback, and repeat purchases.

3) Represent the brand with positivity, style, and confidence.

Reports & Targets

1) Maintain daily sales and lead reports.

2) Work toward monthly revenue and conversion goals.

3) Analyze campaign results and share insights with management.

4) Engage with followers, influencers, and customers to build community.

Qualification & Experience:

1) Bachelor’s degree (any stream, Marketing / Beauty Management preferred).

2) Familiar with social media tools (Instagram Business, Meta Suite, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
