Senior Sales Excutive

Kavish Infra Realty is seeking a dynamic and results-driven female sales executive with a strong background in insurance sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, disciplined in follow-ups, and capable of handling a high volume of client interactions daily. This role requires commitment, field visits, and virtual meetings to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct minimum 25 site visits or 25 Zoom meetings with clients per month.
• Make 100 follow-up and cold calls daily to prospective clients.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer the best property investment options.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Deliver sales targets set by the management consistently.
• Maintain a professional and confident approach in all communication.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Prior experience in insurance sales is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and strong convincing skills.
• Ability to speak confidently and handle objections effectively.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Zoom, etc.).
