Senior Sales Excutive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (contractors, architects, real estate developers, government bodies, etc.).
• Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Promote construction-related products or services (e.g., building materials, machinery, architectural solutions, etc.).
• Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications effectively to clients.
• Prepare and execute sales plans to meet individual and team targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools or sales software.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager or Head Office.
• Visit construction sites to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with technical or engineering teams for customized product recommendations.
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in [English/Local Language].
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales process.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Power Point tools.

Education:

• Any degree, 12th , 10th - Wanted Male

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
