Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales to HVAC /BMS contractors, consultants and end-users across sectors like Data Centres, HVAC, BMS, and Automation.
  • Execute both short-term and long-term sales strategies in line with company goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including consultants and contractors.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders efficiently.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain visit schedules, reports, and follow-up actions.


Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma/B.E. in Instrumentation or Electronics.
  • Experience in sales of instrumentation/sensor-based products.
  • Prior experience in BMS, HVAC, or Automation industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, technical selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India as per business needs.
