Job Description

Sales & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete
sales, business development, and marketing
activities for assigned product portfolio (Level, Temperature, Pressure, Flow and Analytical instruments).
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across OEMs, contractors, consultants, PSUs, and government sectors.
Provide
techno-commercial support
to clients, including product education, technical presentations, and seminars.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, manage negotiations, and secure orders.
Handle
key account management (KAM)
to maintain and grow strategic client relationships.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to refine business strategies.
Ensure timely order processing, project execution, and customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
Post-Graduate Diploma or MBA in Marketing preferred.
5+ years
of proven experience in industrial process instrumentation sales, business development, and project management.
