Job Description

Sales & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete

    sales, business development, and marketing

    activities for assigned product portfolio (Level, Temperature, Pressure, Flow and Analytical instruments).
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across OEMs, contractors, consultants, PSUs, and government sectors.
  • Provide

    techno-commercial support

    to clients, including product education, technical presentations, and seminars.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, manage negotiations, and secure orders.
  • Handle

    key account management (KAM)

    to maintain and grow strategic client relationships.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to refine business strategies.
  • Ensure timely order processing, project execution, and customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
  • Post-Graduate Diploma or MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years

    of proven experience in industrial process instrumentation sales, business development, and project management.
