Job Description

Head Global Engineering Services

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of
3040 automation engineers
and other technical professionals.
Provide
technical guidance
in Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition, and Wonderware PLC & SCADA systems.
Apply expertise in
Process Automation and Control
as well as E
lectrical Control Systems
.
Oversee the
development of Application Software
and E
lectrical Design
for process automation projects.
Ensure compliance with international standards such as
UL, CSA, CE, SIL and EXi
.
Collaborate closely with
Manufacturing,Operations and other departments
for seamless project execution.
Supervise the creation and maintenance of
design specifications, operating procedures and system manuals
.
Define system
processes and standards
for the team.
Plan and deliver
training programs
for team development.
Manage people, resources and timelines effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 20+ years
of experience in automation and control projects, with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.
Strong hands-on knowledge of
Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition, Wonderware PLC & SCADA
.
Solid background in
Process Automation
,
Control Systems
and
Electrical Engineering
.
Proficiency in
Application Software Development
and
Electrical Design
.
Deep understanding of
UL, CSA, CE, SIL, EXi
standards.
Excellent
People Management
and
Resource Planning
abilities.
Strong
communication
and
technical documentation
skills.
