Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Sales Engineer who will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, preparing quotations, and nurturing client relationships from first contact to closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new B2B leads across relevant industries Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings Understand client requirements and propose suitable machine solutions Prepare and send quotations based on technical and commercial needs Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term relationships Coordinate with the technical team for custom requirements Maintain and update CRM records for all sales activities Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field) Prior experience in industrial/B2B sales is a strong plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers Self-driven and target-oriented What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a reputed machinery manufacturer Performance-based incentives Exposure to pan-India and export clients Career growth in a fast-growing team Show more Show less
