Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will engage in identifying customer needs, proposing technical solutions, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal. The role involves providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Collaboration with internal teams and understanding of technical aspects of the products will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to deliver tailored product solutions and address customer requirements effectively.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and provide seamless customer experiences.
Proven experience in Sales with demonstrated ability to meet targets, negotiate contracts, and drive business growth.
Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently in an on-site role.
Relevant educational background in engineering, technology, or a related field.
Experience in utility equipment or industrial solutions is a plus.
