Job Description

As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager at the company, your role will involve partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs that drive performance across the sales organization. You will be working remotely from India and must be available to work US hours (6:30 pm - 2:30 am IST). **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and lead training programs for B2B sales teams, focusing on foundational and advanced selling skills. - Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions (virtual) to boost rep confidence and effectiveness. - Create and manage scalable enablement content, playbooks, and resources aligned with the buyer journey. - Own and evolve the sales playbook in partnership with Sales Leadership. - Identify skills gaps, define key performance metrics, and execute training to drive measurable outcomes cross-functionally. - Utilize Salesforce and other sales tech to gather insights, measure enablement impact, and optimize programs. - Collaborate with SMEs to develop and enhance learning materials, including video content. - Champion creativity and innovation across enablement programs to meet the needs of a dynamic team. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training. - Previous experience in a B2B sales role. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce or another major CRM. - Proven track record of content creation and facilitating instructor-led training for sales teams. - Creative problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. - Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and communicates effectively in English. - Reliable access to high-speed internet and ability to be on camera for remote meetings. **Additional Details:** The company offers perks and benefits such as equity, medical insurance, quarterly professional development allowance, and company wellness days.
